Job Title: Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced quantity surveyor or estimator to join our team. In this key role, you will provide strategic estimating leadership and engage with clients on high-voltage transmission/substations and renewables or building services projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end estimating process on projects, directing the production of quantity surveying/estimating deliverables.
  • Produce technical deliverables using industry expertise and limited guidance.
  • Manage and deliver work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, including verification and review of procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks through proactive planning.
  • Forecast and assess costs, timelines, quality parameters, and constructability factors.
  • Participate in value management and risk workshops as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, develop, deliver, and operate multidisciplinary projects.
  • Mentor junior QS/estimators within your specialist discipline.
