Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our creative cocktail team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills to join our beverage team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess a welcoming smile, strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
  • Maintain high standards of product replenishment and cleanliness;
  • Ensure accurate cash handling duties;
  • Provide consistent high-quality cocktail service and knowledge;
  • Deliver food and beverage service with attention to detail;
  • Maintain floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 1 year's experience in a customer service position in the hospitality industry;
  • Knowledge of cocktails and mixology;
  • A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment;
  • RSA & RCG certificates;
  • Excellent attention to detail and;
  • High standard of personal grooming.
