**Ecosystem Modeller Position**

Become a part of our team and take on the challenge of simulating ecosystem responses and supporting decision-making for environmental impact assessments and coastal resilience planning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with modelling team members using TUFLOW FV hydrodynamic modelling suite to model complex ecosystems and support informed decision-making.
  • Use version control systems like Git to manage code, collaborate with team members, and maintain reproducibility across modelling and analysis tasks.
  • Assist with the management of maritime projects including ports and dredging.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to deliver services and support project management.
  • Contribute to the development and presentation of proposals.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Have at least 3 years' experience post-graduation.
  • Be proficient in numerical modelling, software packages, and programming languages used in complex environmental projects.
  • Have experience in environmental modelling, metocean monitoring, and coastal management projects.
  • Develop strong communication skills.
  • Understand commercial considerations.
