About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Estimate Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients by managing their Self-Funded Estimates.

You will work closely with our VMOs and other stakeholders to ensure a streamlined and centralized process for acute Self-Funded estimates.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

As part of our centralised Self-Funded Estimates team, you will play a key role in maintaining a customer-centric approach to our services.

You will be responsible for leading communication processes for all self-funded estimate enquiries to key stakeholders, including VMOs and the general public.

This is a new and exciting role dedicated to Self-Funded Estimates, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a customer-centric, consistent, and streamlined process for acute Self-Funded estimates.
  • Lead communication processes for all self-funded estimate enquiries to key stakeholders.
  • Role model and actively promote a culture of high-quality patient care.
  • Continuously develop resource tools, protocols, and policies to enable and support the growth of self-insured patient estimate requests.
  • Coordinate the process for review and updating of Self-Funded pricing schedules across key stakeholders, including sites and VMOs.
  • Provide regular communication regarding feedback, themes, issues, changes, and process improvements to key stakeholders.
