Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Vicinity Centres. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth across our retail destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to meet business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, and social media activations.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring regular communication and reporting to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including visual merchandising, signage, and digital content.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on retail and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
