We're looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our Melbourne team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging and inspiring store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Providing customers with a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience
  • Analyzing sales information and taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store
  • Installing window displays and creating inspiring outfits and styling mannequins
  • Merchandising stock on the shop floor and supporting sales staff with store operations
  • Setting the visual merchandising standard for the store and training other managers and staff
  • Being a COS brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers

Requirements

To be successful as a Visual Merchandiser, you'll need:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience as a visual merchandiser or visual assistant
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Commercial abilities and a self-motivated attitude
  • A genuine interest in others and a willingness to learn about and sell our products
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and a creative mindset
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and evenings when required
