Job Title: Speech Therapist

Work Hours: Full-time, part-time, or subcontractor

Salary: $70,000 to $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation

Location: Ballarat and surrounding areas

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, assess, and provide evidence-based interventions for clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse population of clients, including infants, children, adolescents, and adults
  • Provide education and support to clients and caregivers, and maintain detailed progress notes and assessment reports

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in the disability sector (desirable)
  • Experience in community settings (desirable)
  • Ability to obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN) and current police check
  • Driver's license and car
