Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Development Coach to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert coaching and guidance to customer-focused teams, ensuring customers receive exceptional support and achieve long-term employment outcomes.

The role involves acting as a mentor, providing coaching and guidance to Employment Support Consultants to help them deliver high-quality employment and education support to customers within the Disability Employment Services portfolio. With a focus on compliance, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and develop strategies that drive customer success.

To be successful, you will have experience in Disability Employment Services or complex customer services environments, providing recommendations on service development or improvements. You will also have high attention to detail, the ability to monitor and process large volumes of data, and proven experience in coaching or mentoring (1:1 or group sessions) or interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to customer-focused teams
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional support and achieve long-term employment outcomes
  • Act as a mentor and provide coaching and guidance to Employment Support Consultants
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and develop strategies that drive customer success

Requirements:

You must hold a national police clearance and relevant State/Territory working with children check or be willing to obtain.
