Job Summary

We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping department. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms are clean and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and preparing rooms for new guests, restocking housekeeping trolleys, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces
• Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain a well-organized and well-equipped environment
• Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
• Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort
• Report maintenance issues promptly, showing your dedication to a flawless experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks
• Ability to navigate between rooms, which may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways
• Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
