As Assistant Vice President, Lead Solutions Architect, you will lead RFP/RFI responses, orals presentation preparations, and proactive bids as the Lead Solutions Architect (LSA) for Banking, Capital Markets opportunities.

This involves defining win themes, operational, transformation, and commercial parts of the solution, combining contributions from service lines, partner solutions, AI value studio, and the operations team to design the operating model, transformation, and develop the commercials.

You will be required to develop the RFP / RFI / proactive proposal response by partnering across all support functions.

Following submission, you will design and prepare for the Orals presentation, including arranging demos, arranging dry runs with the team, and presenting components of the solution.

The mandate for this role will be to predominately cover APAC-based client opportunities and support global client opportunities where required.

This role requires strong organisational, technical, and communication skills, as well as stakeholder management and the ability to influence across multiple levels of leadership.

Additionally, you should have:

Deep domain expertise in consumer/commercial Australian banking operations, including Consumer and Business Banking, Fraud and Financial Crime, and technologies.

A deep understanding of the Australian Regulatory Environment.

Excellent project and time management skills.

Excellent analytical and execution skills.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Very good command of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Collaborative management and working style.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Ability to travel when required for client meetings and workshops.
