Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as a Tax Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to turn law into advice and develop clear solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Law and/or Commerce/Business/Economics, with tax or business law subjects highly regarded. Strong writing and analytical skills, along with the ability to interpret complex law and develop recommendations, are essential. A proactive and collaborative approach is also required to work effectively with colleagues and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret legislation, cases, and rulings to provide client-ready advice, memos, and emails.
  • Build outcome comparisons (CGT, Div 7A, distributions, roll-overs) and present recommendations.
  • Prepare ruling requests, objections, and meeting packs for engagement.
  • Assemble evidence, draft submissions/briefs, and support cases in court.
