Senior Tax Manager Role

This senior-level position involves overseeing tax compliance, reporting, and advisory matters for property and private equity funds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and experience working with external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on tax compliance, reporting, and advisory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external tax service providers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Collaborate with fund accounting, investment, and legal teams to support complex transactions and fund launches.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices across various jurisdictions.
About You:
  • A Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification with significant experience in taxation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing external service providers and reviewing complex tax calculations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of income tax, capital gains tax, and goods and services tax as applied to funds and investment vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, commercial advice.
