Job Title: Administrative Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient workflow within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and effective workload management.
  • Develop and track performance metrics for administrative processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage office resources efficiently, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment to support operational needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office.
  • Coordinate with external clients to receive purchase orders, ensuring alignment with quotations and invoices for accounting purposes.
  • Create detailed job travellers outlining all necessary operations, planning production processes to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, management, and customers to ensure timely delivery of components and minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer WIPs, production logs, and quality control documents.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on resource requirements, budgets, production output, downtime, and KPIs for management review.
  • Monitor quality metrics and assist in implementing corrective actions to resolve issues.
  • Ensure transparency and timely resolution of updates, changes, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective solutions to bottlenecks or issues.
