About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management. As a Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in providing financial oversight and guidance to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial models to support business decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and coaching to team members on financial planning and analysis best practices.

Requirements:

  • Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others succeed.
