Medical Practice Lead

A Medical Practice Lead is required to manage the daily operations of a busy medical centre. The role involves overseeing the front-desk team, managing appointments, handling billing and debt collection, maintaining facilities, and ensuring patient confidentiality.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare management to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of patients.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage reception staff workflow, leading and supporting them to manage patient appointments, greet clients, take re-bookings, and payments
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Billing procedures
  • Debt Collections
  • Maintenance and security
  • Privacy and quality controls of patient files and notes
  • Engagement and management of third parties
  • Support the Management team with reporting and ad-hoc tasks
  • Create and support a harmonious, cheerful, and engaging practice environment
  • Ensure all staff, patients, and visitors follow health regulations

About You

We are looking for someone with prior experience in medical practice management, demonstrated people management skills, experience with recruitment, staff training and development, and a thorough understanding of financial management of a medical business.
