Job Overview:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces that enhance the aesthetics of our properties.
  • Maintain high standards of park presentation through regular cleaning, pruning, and landscaping activities.
  • Operate various gardening equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers, to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

About the Role:

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift, carry, bend, push, pull, stand, and twist. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in horticulture, with knowledge of gardening and outdoor aesthetics.
  • A current manual driver's license is highly desirable.
  • Excellent physical fitness and mobility.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts and weekends.
