As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Oracle CC&B to drive business growth and success.

About the Job
  • Implement and optimize Oracle CC&B solutions to enhance customer service and billing capabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, technical teams, and end-users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions
Key Skills
  • Expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)
  • Strong knowledge of modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in/move-out, new connections
  • Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals using Java/Groovy
  • Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address functional issues
