About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service in our Brisbane contact centre.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team, championing our value of Customer Always and demonstrating a customer-centric mindset in all interactions.

You'll be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining technical information in a simple manner.

Our ideal candidate will have recent experience working in Contact Centre, Retail or Hospitality, and enjoy assisting customers with their enquiries.

Requirements:
