Job Description

Commercial and Operations Manager

At PMX, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline workflows and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure all operations meet regulatory standards and manage risks effectively.
  • Oversee inventory to ensure optimal levels and reduce waste.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the organization.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in operations/commercial role.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in leading teams.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, financial performance analysis.
  • Compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
