Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned lawyer to join our team on an interim-to-perm basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-graduate commercial or corporate experience, with the ability to assess legal risks and communicate complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on procurement, customer sales, service agreements, and M&A activities.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Assess and advise on legal risks while supporting business management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on legal matters and compliance procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Qualified lawyer or solicitor with 1-4 years of post-admission experience.
  • Experience with commercial contracts and M&A; knowledge of competition and consumer law is a plus.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders on legal risks and commercial contracts effectively.
  • Strong judgment, pragmatic approach, and ability to align legal advice with commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex legal issues clearly and practically.
  • Must be located in Sydney or Melbourne metropolitan areas.
