About The Role

You will be responsible for reviewing and managing complaints through an internal dispute resolution process, adopting a proactive attitude toward prompt resolution and following up on enquiries.

As a consultant in this role, you will also prepare all documentation in a professional and timely manner, adhere to documented processes detailed in our knowledge management system, and deliver consistent quality complaint outcomes.

You will make sound customer service and commercial decisions that achieve acceptable outcomes for our customers and our organisation.

The role requires managing complex and sensitive interactions, including family violence, financial hardship, and vulnerability, in accordance with our organisational standards.
