We are seeking an expert in inclusive educational design to foster a collaborative environment that empowers staff to implement Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles. The successful candidate will integrate expertise in accessible learning practices across diverse settings.
This specialist position is pivotal in promoting equity and inclusion through inclusive curriculum design, guiding leading practice in pedagogy, and leveraging educational technologies to address accessibility gaps.
Key Selection Criteria- A degree in education or related field with subsequent relevant experience; or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training, or professional accreditation.
- Demonstrated experience in educational or learning design.
- Experience and/or expertise in universal design for learning, accessible pedagogies, and teaching for equity, diversity, and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of pedagogy, course design, and blended learning, as well as experience in developing educational resources.
