Job Description

The role of a Client Support Coordinator is instrumental in supporting the sales team by ensuring seamless campaign delivery, accurate administration, and exceptional client service.

As a key member of the Client Partnerships team, you will be responsible for processing media orders, coordinating campaign logistics, maintaining internal systems, and supporting the broader team to deliver strong outcomes for clients.

This includes processing client orders and media bookings with accuracy and efficiency, coordinating media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms, and maintaining organised documentation and up-to-date CRM records.

You will also upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems, support digital campaign setup and monitor performance in collaboration with Ad Operations, and communicate creative specifications and deadlines to clients.

Additionally, you will prepare and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting, including screenshots and tearsheets, manage client correspondence regarding schedules, materials, approvals, and campaign progress, and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experienced in providing administrative support, ideally within a media, sales, or client-focused environment.
  • Client-oriented, professional, and responsive in managing requests and communications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is advantageous) and internal booking platforms.
  • Proficient in generating reports, managing spreadsheets, and preparing client-ready documents.
