Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educator to join our vibrant learning community.

This is a Temporary Part-time position working 0.8FTE (Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri) for Term 4.

As a Primary teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the spiritual and academic growth of our students. We value creativity, flexibility, and the integration of modern technology to engage students and inspire them on their faith journey.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, administration, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in supporting diverse learning needs.

You will be responsible for structuring lessons to meet the physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics of each student, creating a safe, inclusive and challenging learning environment, and implementing fair and equitable behaviour management plans.

  • Fundamental Skills:
  • Create and maintain a stimulating and supportive classroom atmosphere
  • Implement effective teaching strategies and pedagogies to meet individual student needs
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Eligible according to the NSW Education Standards Authority
  • Tertiary qualification (minimum 4-year degree or 75% complete)
