Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage day-to-day security operations and lead a team of security employees.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily security operations, manage shift rosters, and provide leadership and operational support to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.
- Oversight of daily security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Management of shift rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Leadership and operational support to security employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensuring compliance with quality systems and reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current Driver's License in Queensland
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Security License and Crowd Control License in Queensland
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
- High personal integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Previous security experience, preferably in a regulated environment
