Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
  • Conduct material take-offs and pricing.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are covered in the estimate.
  • Prepare detailed bid proposals and tender submissions.
  • Review and interpret project documents, contracts, and specifications.
  • Source and obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and update estimates based on project changes and scope adjustments.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficient in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
  • MUST have a minimum 3 years LOCAL experience.
