About This Role
">- Deliver student-assisted, interprofessional allied health services in rural and remote communities.
- Mentor and guide students, novice practitioners, and rural generalist trainees to develop skills and confidence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local health services and community stakeholders to address unmet health needs.
- Contribute to evidence-based practice in rural health and workforce development through research and collaboration.
This is a key position within our team, responsible for leading the delivery of innovative, student-assisted health services. You will work closely with our staff and stakeholders to develop solutions that meet the unique needs of rural and remote communities.

">Key Requirements">- A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and relevant postgraduate experience.
- Proven experience in rural and remote health contexts, with a focus on Indigenous health.
- A commitment to innovative clinical education models and evidence-based practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
