We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead our team in the development of secure, scalable multi-cluster environments.

This role offers a rare mix of technical depth and strategic influence, allowing you to shape software delivery and make a significant impact in a purpose-driven organisation.

You will be responsible for architecting, securing, and optimising container orchestration environments using Kubernetes, as well as mentoring a small team and leading by example.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native tooling, with a strong focus on building secure, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and secure multi-cluster environments
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentor and lead a small team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles
