Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Mobility Solutions: Deliver comprehensive advisory services to support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
- Tax Reporting & Governance Expertise: Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns, and ensure audit-ready compliance.
- Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services environments.
- Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible approach to work, including delivering under pressure and showcasing solutions like technology demos.
This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, or Sydney. Our roles are potentially adjustable to suit your needs.
