Key to our future success is the appointment of a senior health leader with the expertise and skills required to drive improvement initiatives in operational performance.

This pivotal role will collaborate closely with divisional directors to develop and implement key strategies outlined in the operations directorate and divisional business plans.

The successful candidate will lead the implementation and evaluation of process and system improvement strategies aimed at optimising patient access, safety, operational efficiency and overall experience within the business unit.

This individual will oversee new footscray hospital orat activities across the division and organisation as directed by the nfh orat divisional director.

A unique opportunity exists for this dynamic health leader to make a significant impact in healthcare delivery and contribute to the success of our new hospital initiative.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Eligibility for registration with ahpra as a registered nurse or allied health professional
  • Extensive clinical and management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Improvement and redesign experience
