Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our team in Adelaide.

The successful candidate will have 3-7 years post-admission experience, strong advocacy and drafting skills, a commercial mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, prioritisation, organisation & time management skills to meet objectives, problem-solving skills, strong advocacy and negotiation skills with high levels of discretion and ethical judgement.

We are looking for a talented lawyer who can advise clients on the merits, risks, and potential outcomes of their disputes. The ideal candidate will be able to oversee and manage a caseload of disputes, ensuring timely progression and resolution.

The successful candidate will evaluate claims, assess liability, and predict outcomes for clients based on applicable laws. They will also serve as the main point of contact, keeping clients and relevant parties well informed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on dispute resolution strategies.
