The Opportunity
This position presents a chance to be part of a high-achieving commercial law team. The firm specializes in intricate commercial cases, catering to high-profile clients, including ASX-listed companies and referrals from brokers.
Your responsibilities will encompass the sale and acquisition of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, franchising agreements, retail and leasing contracts, trusts, shareholder agreements, and more. You will be tasked with drafting and reviewing commercial documents, engaging with clients, and providing pertinent legal advice in commercial law.
