Business Analyst - Sharepoint Migration Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Sharepoint to join our team and support the migration of Intranet and Controlled Documents Management Systems.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders and solution partners to gather and analyze requirements, design user-centric solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your main duties will include:

  • Capture, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Sharepoint Online-based intranet and controlled document management solutions.
  • Map current processes and identify opportunities to improve intranet user experience, business processes, and collaboration using Sharepoint.
  • Collaborate with project manager, solution architects, and communications teams to deliver a user-friendly solution that meets operational needs.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with Sharepoint Online, including intranet content management, working with web parts, managing permission models, and working with document libraries.
  • Exposure to Controlled Document Management Systems (CDMS) or document governance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across both clinical and administrative teams at all levels of the organization.
