Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pet Training Expert to join our team on a casual basis in our North Parramatta store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering dog training classes and one-on-one dog training sessions. Your initial onboarding will include retail training and store procedures as well as in-depth training on our Pet School classes and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Passion for animal behavior and training with positive reinforcement experience or qualifications
  • Commitment to the care and well-being of pets
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • High integrity, motivation, and proactivity
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain composed
  • Effective communication with clients of all pet experience levels
  • Ideal experience working in high-volume retail environments

  • Animal studies qualifications highly regarded
