Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-focused construction professional to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate and schedule trades and materials, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to our high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Monitor construction progress and maintain project timelines
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams, sales people and other stakeholders
  • Manage on-site documentation and reporting

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in residential construction, a strong understanding of building plans, codes, and regulations, excellent communication, scheduling and organization skills, ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly, White Card & relevant building qualifications, and a Driver's license.
