Senior Product Manager

This role involves leading the implementation process of client products and services. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products, participating in project planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideation: Develop and own the product roadmap, identifying key problems to solve.
  • Validation: Collaborate with customers to validate the roadmap and advance planning.
  • Planning: Represent the product vision in planning sessions with Design and Architecture teams.
  • Execution: Be involved in key milestones, major stakeholder in sprint reviews and weekly demos.
  • Launch: Lead customer-facing Early Adopter conversations, develop strategic launch plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Growth: Help junior product team members interpret success metrics, contribute to customer awareness.
  • nCino Product Knowledge: As the owner of your feature set, you should be able to lead conversations with customers about the value of features in solving business problems, as well as the vision and roadmap for the overall experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience/proficiency, or combination of education and experience.
  • Presentation skills, presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Experience in sales cycles, conducting customer interviews.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to processes and regulations.
  • Experience with loan origination software/technology.
