Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Brisbane as a Clinical Educator - Infection Prevention and Control Lead.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to the development of training plans, deliver training sessions, and support communities in preventing disease outbreaks.

  • Responsibilities will include creating comprehensive training plans and delivering them according to relevant legislation
  • The ideal candidate will identify training needs based on current legislation and ensure staff inductions meet the required standards
  • Policies and procedures related to infection control will be implemented, and stakeholder engagement supported throughout the process
Requirements:
  • A registered nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration is essential
  • A training and assessment qualification is necessary for this role
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position is required
  • A completion of an identified IPC course is highly desirable
