About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Educator to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is focused on promoting clinical excellence, staff development, and continuous learning within our Perioperative Services environment.

The Clinical Educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs, assessing clinical skills, and collaborating with other education team members to achieve departmental objectives.

This position offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a supportive and inclusive work environment. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Education and Perioperative Services, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing education plans to meet organizational needs
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of education programs and making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of education activities
About You

You are a dynamic and proactive individual who works collaboratively, inclusively, and effectively within clinical and education environments. Your strong work ethic supports your ability to achieve goals both as a team member and independently.

Desirable qualifications and experiences include:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Scrub Scout
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinically-based education role
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (current)
