Job Title: Support Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and catering arrangements.
  • Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, including monitoring office supplies, maintaining facilities, and resolving issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or clerical support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technical confidence.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and competing priorities.
  • Flexible, organised, and professional approach to working with multiple teams.

Experience using CRM software, qualifications in business administration, or lived experience of poverty or inequality would be valuable but not essential.
