Occupational Therapy Lead

This is a leadership role in the Occupational Therapy Department, where you will provide clinical leadership across multiple specialty areas of adult physical or paediatric occupational therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement advanced level of skill, knowledge and experience in one or more areas of occupational therapy in a hospital setting.
- Contribute to the advancement of quality occupational therapy services through provision of clinical service, clinical leadership for service development, quality improvement, clinical education and research activities.
The successful candidate will have a critical role in helping people overcome the effects of disability caused by illness, ageing or accident. They will contribute to the delivery of care to patients throughout our departments and community settings.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be part of a team that delivers high-quality occupational therapy services. You will work with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients.
