Occupational Therapy Services Manager

The role of Occupational Therapist Advanced/Clinical Lead involves providing clinical leadership across multiple specialty areas of occupational therapy, demonstrating advanced levels of skill, knowledge and experience in one or more areas of occupational therapy in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage teams to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients throughout our hospital departments as well as in outpatient, community and rural settings.
- Contribute to the advancement of quality occupational therapy services and optimal patient care through provision of clinical service, clinical leadership for service development, quality improvement, clinical education and research activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve these goals.
