Job Overview

As a critical member of our infrastructure and services team, this role plays a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of estate maintenance and operations services. The jobholder will oversee the operational implementation of estate upkeep maintenance services.

The position involves coordinating with the service delivery manager to ensure seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing service delivery teams across various sites
  • Coordinating planned maintenance requirements by deploying shared trade resources
  • Planning, scheduling, and delivering work for both planned and responsive maintenance tasks

For success in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in facilities management, ability to manage personnel, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, a Defence security clearance is required along with meeting suitability criteria.
