D&B Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D&B Site Engineer to join our team at Webuild S.p.A. for the Snowy 2.0 project. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the project.
Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Oversee the installation of equipment and new technologies, direct crews or workers on site, conduct research and report on project status.
- Engineering Design: Ensure that engineering designs are being followed and implemented on site.
- Quality Control: Monitor and coordinate with frontline teams to ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment and compliance with FGJV WHS and quality policy and procedures.
- Communication: Communicate with clients and other support teams to determine needs and explain complex issues.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose construction or machinery problems and communicate with senior management for further solutions.
- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification – Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, White Card.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role – preferred, experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works.
- Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, sound interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, ability to work to deadlines and targets and prioritise tasks under pressure.
