Job Title: Chief Business Operations Officer

Job Description:

This is a remarkable opportunity to help drive growth and commercialisation of a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) business in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector.

The Role involves overseeing business operations, establishing a strategic plan, and executing it through effective people leadership across Australia and New Zealand.

About You, you will have experience in the RTO sector at the senior level, with proven experience in growing market share and honed people management/leadership skills.

  • Experience at a senior level in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • Proven sales/business development/market growth experience
  • Strong financial/commercial acumen with ability to streamline/implement new processes and systems
  • Self-motivated/target driven with ability to take accountability for business decisions
  • Excellent communication/influencing skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities include Full P&L responsibility for the business, reviewing and developing a strategic plan for growth, managing the business commercially across all operational aspects, leading from the front with effective people leadership skills, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
