Occupational Therapist for Child Development Support

This part-time role involves working closely with families to understand their objectives and supporting children's growth through play-based, strengths-focused, and family-centred interventions.
As a senior paediatric occupational therapist, you will collaborate with parents, carers, and educators to promote development in everyday settings. You will also support families to access relevant services and navigate transitions while applying evidence-based strategies that build capacity and strengthen relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver tailored therapy supports to meet individual needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best-practices.
- Manage caseload effectively and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
- Operate with cultural competence and uphold child safety practices at all times.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Full registration with the AHPRA.
- At least 5 years' experience in paediatric occupational therapy.
- Valid NDIS Check, Working With Children Check, and Police Check.
- Part-time position (pick the days which suit you).
- Clinic based position in a child centre.
- Additional leave.
