Senior Talent Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Development Lead to partner with senior stakeholders and drive organisational change, enhance capability and navigate complex talent challenges.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with leaders to identify areas requiring uplift in capability and leadership engagement, providing expert advice and hands-on support in talent development, conduct and behaviour matters, and transformation processes.
  • Lead and influence change in a challenging environment, building trust and driving accountability among teams.
  • Partner with leaders to address conduct, behavioural, and performance issues with confidence and clarity, focusing on pragmatic solutions.
  • Conduct investigations and review processes to improve efficiency, with a focus on sustainable outcomes and transformation.
  • Coach and support leaders, particularly in areas where resistance to change exists, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
About You

You're an experienced Senior Business Partner or People Lead with a strong background in change and transformation. You possess commercial acumen, resilience under pressure, and the ability to influence senior leaders in complex operational environments.
