We are seeking a skilled consultant to partner with our clients in delivering innovative solutions and driving business outcomes.

  • As a consultant, you will work on technical and advisory projects, showcasing your consulting and problem-solving skills.
  • You will demonstrate excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver evidence-based decision-making solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a range of technical and advisory projects, utilising your dynamic consulting and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional client and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver high-quality decision-making solutions.
  • Contribute to internal capability development, shaping the delivery of our services.
  • Broaden your career in data and AI through the development of both your advisory and technical skillset.
Required Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience contributing to data analysis or data science projects, working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Python or R, familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning libraries.
  • Understanding of the data science lifecycle and key activities, approaches, and tools used at each step.
  • Prior experience in an Australian Government, private sector, or professional services organisation is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to learn and apply new tools, technologies, and approaches to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A high level of organisation, time management, and ability to work proactively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A service-focused mind-set, with the ability to engage and develop partnerships at all organisational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think laterally and propose solutions.
  • A self-starting individual, able to drive your own actions while working as part of a team.
