Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role oversees project delivery and client relationships across a designated region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for a safety-oriented culture with emphasis on personal accountability and team well-being.
  • Direct and support a team of Project Managers in delivering high-impact projects on time and within budgetary constraints.
  • Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Promote relevant products and services to drive after-sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance, equipment reliability, and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Ensure all Work in Progress is effectively tracked, managed, and closed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the successful execution of new machine assembly, shutdowns, and other major project work.
  • Provide high-level customer support and communication to key customer contacts at all levels, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Requirements for Success:
  • Proven experience in management, technical, or business development roles within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret technical data and reports.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Business development experience, ideally at managerial level.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.
