Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and knowledgeable professionals to lead exceptional classes for our members focusing on reformer pilates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, uplifting, and supportive atmosphere while instructing and interacting with class participants.
  • Possess a Certificate III in Fitness.
  • Have completed an Exercise to Music Module or hold Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL) Certificates.
  • Design and coordinate suitable classes in alignment with the facility's program schedule.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
  • Maintain a valid CPR Certificate.
  • Have a Working With Children Check (or equivalent).
  • Undergo a National Police Check.
