Expert Civil Designer/Drafter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Designer/Drafter to join our team. As a key member of our civil engineering group, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Import and manipulate survey data.
- Produce detailed civil drawings/models, including site layouts, earthworks, stormwater, below ground piping, and road designs.
- Export bulk earthwork and material quantities.
- Collaborate with civil engineers to deliver plans for construction.
- Support project teams with documentation, revisions, and coordination of drawings/models.
- Evaluate and establish design templates and drawing standards.
- Proficient in relevant CAD software, including Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk Plant 3D.
- Strong understanding of Autocad.
- Experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety in design, constructability, operational practices, and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes.
- TAFE qualifications, diploma, or degree in drafting, engineering, or design.
- Understanding of risk management and the ability to identify project and design-related risks.
- Commitment to working safely and within company HSEQ systems.
